Protector, provider, leader, problem‑solver. These roles matter — but when they become our identity, the armor grows heavy. Over time, the pressure to be strong can bury the truest parts of a man. It’s easy to lose yourself in the doing.

This weekend is your permission to lay the armor down. We’re creating a safe space away from the noise — a place to do the honest work of looking at your heart. A place to release the expectations, the pressure, and the self‑reliance that once felt necessary, and reconnect with who God says you are.

We become so accustomed to carrying the weight of everyone else’s needs that we forget the truth of who we are as sons. We hide our exhaustion behind competence and our questions behind busyness, believing our worth is tied to our strength.
