Hi, I’m Elizabeth Moore. About twenty‑five years ago, I experienced a profound transformation when I finally chose to set down the “busy” and listen for God’s voice in the quiet. In that stillness, I also chose to root my identity in Christ—letting Him define who I am rather than the roles, expectations, or noise around me. That moment changed everything.

Since then, I’ve spent years reflecting on the journey of the heart—how God meets us in the quiet places, how He gently uncovers what we hide, and how sacred space becomes a place of healing, clarity, and restoration.

I wrote Unmasking the Heart (Women's Retreat) and its companion retreat, Truth Over Armor (Men's Retreat) to be the haven I wish I had back then. A place where you can breathe again, set down the personal armor you’ve carried, let go of the roles and expectations that once felt necessary, and step confidently into who He designed you to be.
