1.1 Purpose of E.L.M. Retreats

1.2 Eligibility
Participants must be:

We reserve the right to decline participation if safety, wellbeing, or program integrity may be compromised.
1.3 Booking & Payments
Registration is confirmed only after full or partial payment (as specified during checkout).
Prices, inclusions, and availability may change without notice.
You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
1.4 Cancellation & Refunds
Because retreat spaces are limited and require advance planning and at times payment for each individual before the retreat actually begins:
We have a no refund policy and strongly suggest at the time of registration that trip insurance is purchased. Most companies require purchase within 10 business days of registration. 'Cancel for any reason’ (CFAR) assures the best coverage with most of these travel insurance companies.
If E.L.M. Retreats must cancel or reschedule, participants may choose a refund or credit toward a future retreat.

1.5 Health, Safety & Personal Responsibility
By participating, you acknowledge:
You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
You will inform staff of any relevant health concerns.
You assume all risks associated with travel, outdoor activities, and group participation.
E.L.M. Retreats is not liable for injuries, lost property, or unforeseen circumstances.
1.6 Conduct & Community Standards

Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
Honor retreat guidelines and facilitator instructions
Violation of these standards may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

All retreat materials—including teachings, workbooks, videos, and written content—are the property of E.L.M. Retreats. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.
